Detailed Description

The laser cleaner uses advanced continuous fiber laser technology from Raycus, allowing fast and efficient cleaning of various surfaces. With a cleaning strip of up to 30 cm and no need for abrasive materials, it is ideal for removing rust and paint from both metallic and non-metallic materials.

Water cooling ensures stable performance, while real-time monitoring functions guarantee maximum safety and efficiency.

Cleaning Head

The FANTECH laser cleaning head is designed for stable and safe operation with a power range of 1 to 3 kW. With a lightweight of just 1 kg, it is easy to handle and ergonomically adapted for efficient work. The gun is equipped with a patented safety rotary lock ... and safety trigger requiring a double press to activate the laser beam, ensuring maximum operator safety. The device is capable of cleaning surfaces with a beam width of 30 cm. The distance from the cleaning head to the material being cleaned is approximately 80 cm. The laser cleaning head is water-cooled, guaranteeing long-term stable operation. The shielding gas (nitrogen or compressed air free from impurities and moisture can be used) protects the optical system inside the cleaning head from damage.
