Detailed Description

The FANTECH LWG 4.0 VISION robotic laser welding workstation combines a high-performance fiber laser with an industrial robot and a precision laser welding head. It enables significantly higher welding speeds compared to conventional methods while maintaining top weld quality, minimal heat distortion, and eliminating the need for additional post-processing.

With movement in up to 6 axes, it handles welding of spatially complex parts as well as long weld seams. The system can be expanded with camera-based weld inspection, automatic positioners, fume extraction, or offline programming. Intuitive control via an industrial interface and comprehensive safety features ensure high flexibility, productivity, and maximum operational safety.
