1. Log File Processing
1.1. When accessing its website, FANTECH Europe s.r.o. processes log files related to this access in order to protect its legitimate interests, specifically to ensure website security and improve its functionality.
1.2. These log files are processed without the visitor's consent and are stored for 1 month from the date of the website visit.
1.3. The log files may be processed either by FANTECH Europe s.r.o. itself or by a third party authorized by FANTECH Europe s.r.o. The processed data may (but do not necessarily) include personal data of the website visitor:

2. Personal Data Processing for Newsletter Distribution
2.1. If a website visitor is interested in receiving a newsletter or other promotional messages, FANTECH Europe s.r.o. will process the personal data provided for this purpose based on consent. This will always include at least the email address. If the visitor also provides their name, surname, or date of birth, these data will also be processed. Newsletter content and other promotional messages may be personalized based on this information and additional data collected from the visitor’s behavior on the website or in the newsletter.
2.2. FANTECH Europe s.r.o. begins processing the provided data only after the visitor fills out the subscription form and confirms the subscription via a link in the confirmation email. If the confirmation is not completed, the entered data will be promptly deleted.
2.3. The provided data will be processed until the given consent is withdrawn. FANTECH Europe s.r.o. may perform the data processing itself or authorize a third party.
Consent is entirely voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time in writing to FANTECH Europe s.r.o.'s headquarters or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or other communication.
3. Use of Cookies and Website Analytics
3.1. To improve website functionality, evaluate traffic, and optimize marketing activities, FANTECH Europe s.r.o. uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored locally via the browser on the user's device.

5.2. Data subjects whose data is processed by FANTECH Europe s.r.o. have the following rights under applicable law:
(i) right of access to personal data;
(ii) right to rectification;
(iii) right to erasure;
(iv) right to restriction of processing;
(v) right to data portability;
(vi) right to withdraw consent at any time, if the legal basis for processing is consent (e.g., for newsletter distribution).
