FANTECH 3-in-1 Welding Head
The FANTECH welding head offers advanced technology for fast and accurate welding with weld width selection from 0 to 5 mm. Thanks to a patented system, it achieves up to 14 times faster speed ... compared to electric arc welding and up to 4 times better performance than competing laser systems. Its efficient water cooling system allows continuous 24/7 operation. The multifunctional head supports not only welding, but also rust and paint removal from steel and sheet metal cutting. An LED indicator on the side of the head alerts the operator to possible overheating – for example, due to a contaminated protective lens that reflects the beam back into the head.Additional features and functions:

FANTECH Wire Feeder
The FANTECH wire feeder features a modern touchscreen display for easy setup and monitoring of all wire feeding parameters. This fully automatic feeder comes with an integrated software interface ... allowing work with filler wires from 0.8 to 1.6 mm in diameter. It offers two feeding modes – continuous and pulsed – and enables precise adjustment of key parameters such as feed speed, retraction speed, and correct wire positioning. The system is compatible with standard spools used in arc welding, including a special Teflon bowden for aluminium wire feeding.Additional features and functions:

The high-performance cooler ensures continuous and stable operation of the laser system, even in demanding conditions, such as during summer heat. The cooling unit is already filled with liquid and the user can easily refill it with distilled water or simply drain it through a valve.
